How to Book and What to Expect

Select an item from the ‘Categories’ drop down list found at the top right hand corner of the site


Once you have found the item you would like to book, scroll down to see the ‘CHECK AVAILABILITY’ button.


If the item is available for the date you desire click the ‘CONTINUE’ button or the ‘BOOK NOW’ button under the item


This will take you through to a short form, where you will be required to put in the relevant details for your event.
It will also ask whether you want to add any more items to your order.

Please note payment is not made through the website and payment details will be discussed during the confirmation call.




You will then be required to tick the ‘TERMS AND CONDITIONS’ box, we recommend you reading the terms and conditions page.


Once That has been ticked click the ‘BOOK THIS ITEM NOW!’ button, this will reserve the item for you and means that you have committed to this booking.


You will then receive a confirmation email (please check your junk mail) please read this email.


Terry will then do a confirmation phone call a couple of days before your event to go over all details etc. Payment details will also be discussed during this call.

ON THE DAY

On the day of your event, we will aim to get as close to your arranged drop off and pick up times as possible, please be aware that we have multiple bookings on one day and although we aim to make these times, we ask that you are patient and understanding, factors such as heavy traffic are out of our control.

Please be kind and respectful to our staff…We will not tolerate rude or aggressive behaviour and if this is the case we will not deliver the item.

We bring all equipment needed for the job.

We ask that access to the garden/hall etc. is cleared before we arrive.
